Medical Care

STAR Flight Emergency Medical Service

First aid will be available at the finish areas both days of the competition. Emergency rooms are available in both Harker Heights (Seton Medical Center Harker Heights) and Killeen (Metroplex Hospital). Advanced trauma services and STAR Flight helicopter evacuation service are available at University Medical Center Brackenridge in downtown Austin.
